In our fast-paced modern society, true silence can be elusive. Amidst the constant notifications on our phones and the hustle of city life, noise is a constant companion. However, the impact of stillness is profound and revolutionary, even amidst this chaos. Silence transcends the mere absence of noise, a state that positively influences our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Silence is like prayer in meditative awareness. Otherwise, prayer with sound is more of a forced, repetitive act relying upon divine intervention, pleading to escape from fear, or demanding something or another with a pretense that you are now blessed by the almighty, with the feeling of a false sense of accomplishment. Silent reflection is far superior and meditative compared to repetitive praying while your mind flows in multiple directions.

In quiet moments, we can reconnect with our inner selves and detach from the external world. It offers a tranquil space for deep reflection and relaxation, allowing us to listen to our thoughts without external distractions.
